Have being waiting over 2 weeks for a refund on a polo that they never sent me .Have tried to email them but no reply do not know if I will ever get this money back

Ordered a top, its still in stock but scotts cancelled my order and refunded my account without any explanation

I had an issue with an on app purchase which ended being my phone not loading order confirmation page. I contacted Scott's and within minutes they assured me of my order and the problem was solved excellent service and quality products


Didn’t allow me to cancel my order even though I tried half an hour after I ordered. Customers services team took a day to respond to the email by which time the order had been processed and I was unable to cancel.

Only delivered one pair instead of two, then after filing out two forms and several phone calls still no trainers, avoid if you can

After advertising a 20% discount for ‘Blue Light Card’ members, the code doesn't work. I contacted customer services on twitter who advised that discounts are not available on some items, were not very helpful and a little condescending. I opened an online account where 10% off is available on your first order, guess what.... same old story. If you cant deliver on your adverts don't bother advertising. And yes I bought them at full price as kids wanted to get me something for my Birthday...

Follow up from my negative experience and review from the 16th February. Received a message on here asking for me to contact them directly, which I did. Provided all details to someone called Alexandra then as expected, heard nothing. Messaged again a few days later to see what is happening, only to be in contact with a completely different person (god knows where this Alexandra had vanished too!), and then had to again provide all details and guess what? Heard nothing at all since. Absolute joke of a company. Asked my bank to open a dispute so hopefully sort for me. If not, will get this sorted when their stores reopen.

Been waiting 3 weeks for a refund on one order, another i need to send back, but can't because their website hasn't updated saying the delivery has been received. Customer service team are useless and help on the website isn't any better.


Order: 313239493 for 3 pairs of joggers dated 28 Dec 2020.I only received delivery of 1 pair which I returned and had a refund last Monday for £47.20.However I have not received the other 2 pairs of joggers nor have I been advised they are out of stock or delivery date? My credit card however has been charged for the 2 pairs of joggers?AND HAVING EMAILED SCOTTS 5 TIMES STILL NO REPLY???
